The system itself, running a real business.
Not a mockup, not a slide — screenshots from a live instance. Yours looks like this by the end of session one, with your data in it.
The command center — every part of your business, one system: CRM, pipeline, tasks, calendar, inbox, agents.
The CRM — every client and member, organized by stage. Yours gets imported in session one. (Shown with demo data.)
The agent library — hundreds of ready-made AI workers. In session one we put one on your #1 workflow.
“If you want to build your business beyond your laptop or Mac mini, you need an AI OS designed to scale — with your future success in mind.”
You leave owning it — your system, your data.
This isn't software you rent or a class you watch. Your system, your data, your AI agents — built live with Ed, running on infrastructure we manage for you.
Your own AI Operating System
CRM, calendar, email, forms — yours, not rented. We run the hosting, database, and agent memory for you: first 90 days included, and founding members lock that rate for life.
Connected to your actual business
Your contacts and pipeline imported, your calendar and email connected, your intake forms live. Working day one — real data, not a demo.
One AI agent on your #1 workflow
The task that eats your week, running without you. You name it in the application; we build it live in session one.
You see everything it does — and everything it costs.
An AI running your business shouldn’t be a black box with a bill attached. The monitor is part of the AI OS:
- →Audit trail — every agent action logged: what ran, when, on what. Nothing you can’t trace.
- →Token tracking — cost per agent, per workflow, in dollars, live. No surprise API bill at the end of the month.
- →Evaluations — most agents quietly get worse over time. Yours are scored run after run, so drift gets caught — and fixed — before your customers ever feel it.
illustrative — your monitor shows your agents
Exactly how the build goes.
Two live sessions with a week of real use in between — not a vague agenda. Each stage ends with a checkpoint, so nobody's left behind.
Apply, scope, lock your seat
goal — ten right-fit owners, zero messy starts- Apply below — it takes five minutes. Your answers are the build spec.
- Short demo + fit call with Ed, then we scope your build in writing — you pay once it's agreed.
- Then the pre-flight: domain access, a data export, your #1 workflow written down.
Session 1 — the flagship install
goal — your AI OS live, on your real data- Ed pre-provisions every instance — the session is assembly, not setup.
- Your contacts, pipeline, calendar, and forms imported live. Real data, not a demo.
- Your AI agent takes its first real action while you watch.
Run it in your real business
goal — real usage, real friction, real list- A week of real leads, real follow-ups, real calendar.
- Direct access to us the whole time — something snags, we're on the other end.
- Keep a wish-list of everything you want it to do. That list is session two's fuel.
Session 2 — the tune-up
goal — tuned, owned, running without us- Fix what the week in the wild surfaced — live, with the whole cohort.
- Wins round: every owner shows what their AI OS did for them.
- Your wish-list read back as your build roadmap.
Owners who worked with Ed, in their own words.
Not stock photos or invented numbers — real people who took the call and shipped.
The things owners ask before applying.
What exactly do I own, and what do I pay for after?
You own the whole system — the OS, your data, your agents, and the platform code itself, with the licence to adapt, white-label, and resell it. AI Masters runs the infrastructure it lives on (hosting, database, agent memory) as a managed service: the first 90 days are included, then the standard rate — and founding members lock that rate for life. Own your house; the utilities are still billed.
What's included after the build?
A separate follow-up session once your system's had a week in the wild, a full year of AI Masters Pro for ongoing project work and community, and one support call a month for six months. Anything beyond that scope — a new integration or a second agent — is its own build.
How does $3,500 compare to what I'm already paying?
Most owners pay $250–500 a month renting CRM, email, forms, scheduling and automation tools — $3,000–6,000 a year, forever, for software they'll never own. A properly built custom AI Operating System can easily run $50,000 or more. This is $3,500, once, and cohort 2 will be $5,000.
Do I need to be technical?
No. This is done WITH you, not assigned to you. Ed pre-provisions your instance before session one and builds live while you watch and direct — your job is knowing your business, not writing code.
What happens after I apply?
Your answers become your build spec. We reach out to book a short demo and fit call with Ed, scope your first workflow in writing, and only then take payment and lock your seat — no payment until your scope is agreed. And if you don't have a business yet, the free AI Masters community is your door — not this.
What if it's not running by the end?
You walk away with your #1 workflow running — or we keep building with you until it does. You never leave with a half-built system.
